How to prepare for and conduct individual and group debriefing
As chaplains, pastors, and leaders we are often called upon to organise debriefing sessions either in a formal or informal space.
This training refers to the latest thinking around debriefing, putting theory into practice. The training is very practical, equipping people to offer debriefing within their role for individuals and groups.
Our presenter Susan Marcuccio is the National Supervision Director and runs the Supervision & Mentoring Program.
Susan brings many years of experience providing debriefing to staff and volunteers, in her role as chaplain and supervisor, working with emergency services personnel, in disaster zones, hospitals and workplaces.
