As chaplains and pastoral leaders we have the extraordinary opportunity to influence and guide others and/or members of an organization. Therefore, Improving the skills to thrive in an ever-changing world is paramount to the our health and wellbeing.
During this professional development we will cover the topics above and explore the value, as leaders, to frequently assess and re-assess one’s own life as we lead and guide others. Self-awareness is having the capacity to remain resolute and stable as we run our race to finish well.
This session will explore your self-care and give attention to any modifications that will enhance or maintain well-being.

Glenise is an accomplished ACC credentialed minister, with over thirty-five years’ experience in ministry with 10 years experience in Chaplaincy Australia.
She is a national trainer Alphacrucis College in Pastoral Care/Chaplaincy, and is highly skilled in Critical-incident Response, Trauma Reduction, Grief, Loss and Bereavement, and Suicide Intervention training for first respondents.
