Handing over the church you have loved and grown is not an “If” but a when so it’s far better to plan for it than to let it happen. Two years ago our State President Pastor Paul Bartlett successfully transitioned Lighthouse to the next generation. Not only has Lighthouse continued to grow, as you will hear from Josh Hammann and Elyse Flaherty, most importantly, the relationship between the previous leadership and the new continues to thrive. Hear the story from all angles including an interview with one of the church members who saw the whole transition unfold!
